▊2023年僑務委員會海外青年臺灣觀摩團—第五梯次

僑務委員會規劃於本(112)年12月3日至12月16日間舉辦「2023海外青年臺灣觀摩團」（第五梯次），本梯次觀摩團的招生對象以南半球國家為主，分別來自南非、模里西斯、巴西、紐西蘭、澳大利亞、新加坡、馬來西亞、汶萊等8國，近百位青年共襄盛舉，在為期14天的旅程中一同領略臺灣之美，增進臺灣與僑居國的交流。

14天的研習課程從臺北出發南下，再從南臺灣往臺東北上進行環臺之旅，將以人文教育、生態環境、政經建設、在地生活、現代美學建築、文創產業、原住民生活體驗等多種主題與面向，在不同的縣市中探索臺灣。同時，為增進海外僑青與國內青年的交流，活動中也安排青年至多所大專院校參訪，介紹臺灣教育方式及校園生活，讓兩地青年相互交流，增加團員對於臺灣的理解，也為青春留下最美好的回憶。

考量成員來自不同國家，擁有不同背景，活動中也安排具有團康經驗的小隊輔導員，透過團康活動及輔導員的帶領技巧，消除團員初識時的陌生感，讓彼此增加熟悉及互動，並在隊輔、朋友的陪伴下提升旅遊的樂趣。為加深團員的體驗，也特別安排青年交流、環境教育、古蹟探索、手作課程等，相信能為團員帶來珍貴且難忘的臺灣之旅。

▊2023 Overseas Youth Taiwan Study Tour (Fifth Session)

The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) organized the "2023 Overseas Youth Taiwan Study Tour" (Fifth Session) from December 3 to December 16. The participants of the session were mainly from countries in the southern hemisphere, including Republic of South Africa, Mauritius, Brazil, New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, nearly 100 youths. During the 14-day journey, they will appreciate the beauty of Taiwan and enhance the exchange between the R.O.C(Taiwan) and overseas communities.

The 14-day itinerary departs from Taipei, embarking on a comprehensive tour around Taiwan from west to east. It will explore Taiwan through various themes and perspectives, including humanities education, ecological environment, political and economic facilities, local life experience, modern aesthetic architecture, cultural and creative industries, and indigenous life experiences. Simultaneously, to enhance the exchange between overseas  compatriot  youth and local youth, the program arranges visits to multiple universities, introducing Taiwan's education system and campus life, facilitating mutual exchange between youth from both regions. This aims to deepen participants' understanding of Taiwan and create beautiful memories of their youth.

Considering that participants come from different countries and backgrounds, the program includes team instructors with team-building experience. Through team-building activities and the leadership skills of instructors, the initial sense of unfamiliarity among participants is eliminated, allowing them to become more acquainted and interactive. With the companionship of instructors and friends, the enjoyment of the journey is heightened. To enrich the participants' experience, the program also includes activities such as youth exchanges, environmental education, exploration of historical sites, and hands-on workshops. It is believed that these activities will provide participants with a precious and unforgettable journey through Taiwan.
